Good Morning Everybody! This is our "Almost Last Day" in Baja. We're sitting midway to San Felipe on our way back to the states in ... honestly I don't know the name of this place. The store at the end of the dirt road is called Rancho Grande, and we're on a beach, if that helps. LOL!

Seriously, couldn’t you imagine this every night? I seriously don’t want to leave.

Not to brag but these are my opposing views today. We're parked on the beach at La Gringa in the town of Bahia de Los Angeles in Baja California.

This is absolutely one of our favorite places in Baja. So peaceful. And ... I think the roads are even worse this year, and that's saying something. :-)

So we're doing it again, traveling through Baja. Only this time it's only for a week (boo hoo). But as I woke up this morning I suddenly remembered something.

I remembered "Baja Time". Time to slow the %#$^ down and enjoy life.

As we finish preparing for our (sadly short) trip into Baja ... here's what Nikki thought of a very special beach down there. That we planning on showing our new friends this year!

In just three days, we're going to be back in ... BAJA!

Granted, it's just for a week, but to say we're excited is an understatement. The countdown begins!

That my friends, is a whopping, massive 24" piece of viewing goodness. Yes! You can actually get 24" TVs still. LOL!

So gone are the days of laptops perched precariously on laps, wiggling throughout an entire movie because your legs go to sleep. Welcome to 1920! :-)

What the %#$^ time is it now?

We've been on "Arizona Time" for weeks now and suddenly today we're ... well, WE remain unchanged, but everyone else is different?

Because Arizona time doesn't ever change, we don't get the extra daylight hours? That sucks. :-)

It's going to be a very busy day finishing the bedroom remodel. So ... sorry for the limited words today. But ...

Bedroom Remodel! We love our bedroom but hate the way we set up storage. So we're mid-fix right now. Wood has been purchased and cut. Stuff moved elsewhere in the bus to create work space (and OMG how much stuff do we have??!!). And today the building begins! I can't wait to share it with you.

Skies are seriously overcast and our house batteries are only 30%. No way to fill them without extra help. Normally I would use the generator but I already stored 1.5k watts in a power station, so why not just feed it back into the Bluetti?

Making thumbnails for videos requires a stupid photo of yours truly that is clipped out and applied to other silly elements in order to "get your click". As far as what THIS was going to do, I have no idea. I know that I didn't use it (or at least I hope not! LOL!).

I really wish that photos had sound sometimes. So you could experience the wind storm we're having. Last night the winds were a sustained 40mph with gusts up to 70mph. Right now it's thankfully down to only 30/60. LOL! The bus is seriously rocking, and not in the fun way.

I want to start highlighting others in the nomadic community on the YouTube channel. Whole bus/van tours. Something specific about your rig that you love. And stories of why folks started this life.

Whelp, it's day three of my putting my head in the sand. Honestly I simply cannot in good mental health deal with the constant fear mongering and ignorance.

There is a light out there somewhere and I'll be able to join the world again eventually.

On which continent that will be is still unknown.

I had a realization. The thing that's missing here is color. The desert and barren mountains are all kinda drab. The endless RVs are painted in blacks and browns.

I suppose I have to bring it then. It's going to be a nice day, warm with light winds, so I'm going to visualize my own color dammit!
