I worked under a program that Obama funded and that was the most challenging part. Demistifying the idea of "low" "dirty" jobs to parents/professors and children. I could get a job in under 24 hrs. for adults after taking trainnings paid by fed gvt .Many prefered to stay permanently unemployed.

Agree, but we need to work on changing peoples minds that jobd on sectors in manufacturing,like cnc are as chalenging and rewarding. I know many cnc workers thay make more money than MBAs
