I get it. It’s like anything. There are those amongst us with differing experiences. I would add that I held similar views as someone older who has mostly managed to adapt and adopt new tech. I’ve since learned that so many can’t and/or don’t. There is an element of isolation behavior to it.

If you worked in disability law you would. No checking accounts, no computers. If they’re rural, some have terrible or no cell service so phone hearings aren’t possible and they have no transportation options to go to in person hearings. Also, limited to no treatment options.
