It's been many years since I did sintering similar, but I used pimsluer recorded methods and thought it was very effective.

I remember coming home from playing outside all day as a kid in LA in the 70's, and my bare arms would smell like the black smoke you'd see coming out of school buses.

I’ve been working from home for about 5 years. There are dips in my productivity that seem related to needing to get out of the house more often. At my best, I’m going for a walk almost daily and hitting the gym 3x/week. Also good to get a coffee or lunch with someone 1 or 2x/week.
