Revisiting Sleepy Hollow, my favorite horror movie (that isn't Alien). Usually watch this on my birthday but missed it last night, so here we go.
Burton went all out here. Great performances across the board, some excellent effects, and atmosphere for days.

Still remember renting the VHS when I was a kid and getting supremely grossed out. Wasn't able to grab the recent 4K before the scalpers got their hands on it but oh well.

Watched the first one this afternoon, so we're closing our day with Burton's recent "comeback."
Loved this on opening weekend and on subsequent watches, it's a more than solid sequel to one of my favorite movies.

Saw IKWYDLS on Thursday and color me absolutely shocked, that was AWESOME. A solid slasher with some good mystery elements.
Kinda love this cast? They’re all solid to great, Hewitt and Prinze are fantastic in their returns, and there was a cameo that made me scream.

Been burning through the Sean Connery Bonds in that new 4K set and I'm very happy with the new transfers.
I'm on Thunderball, one of my favorites, but each movie has had a "holy shit" moment in regards to the quality. This is the first movie in the set to be consistently gorgeous.
