This will never (uh… ) fly in Germany, and in the EU. German law won’t even allow the Bureaucracy to share data between agencies. Having all data in one place was key in the Gestapo, the SS and the Stasi. The Constitution and the Federal Code are dedicated to making sure privacy works… Think GDPR…

Like just about anything, too much fluoride can be harmful. But to get a dangerous dose from tap water you’d probably have to die from water intoxication first.
