That's really nice that they have a button for it. At the time, I never heard anything for like 3 weeks, and eventually emailed them like, "where's my plaque, dammit" 🤣

I was reading some of the twitter discourse and wanted to shake these people by the shoulders with a "can you all please be normal about this"

I think they commented on it positively when it aired on The Simpsons earlier this year. But they did a snarky Simpsons parody on their show that just came out recently

The Marge death was way worse (in terms of clickbait). It was also a dumber controversy, imo, because flashforwards have always been loosey goosey with that stuff

This is a character that no one really cares about, that they already killed off a decade ago. If anything, killing her for real this time makes things less confusing

I dunno why a major corporation (let alone a soft drink) would want to be associated with AI slop. It just screams "our brand is about cheap low-quality garbage." It's broke ass behavior

Yep, this is the big critique of this kind of approach. They become more of a collection of personality attributes and archetypes, rather than characters who have ever actually done anything

Currently I think they could do this joke and it would technically be correct. I think the Party Posse was in 2001? And Homer and Marge were definitely in school at that time (as of today's timeline)

Unfortunately, it's doubtful I will cover the Fortnite season. I've never played it (and it's not really my kind of game) but even worse, I don't have a capture card to even get footage
