When I got to the gym I realized I'd forgotten my Airpods at home. I literally sat in my truck and seethed a bit. Nothing like rawdogging the gym without headphones. Upside, is the music system at the gym was actually functional today.

Man, I did not want to get out of bed today. Made it to the gym tho and now ready for the work day. It's amazing just doing something for 5 minutes gets you in the groove to keep going.
