I'm getting flashbacks to KOTOR 2 where the compression on the pre-rendered cutscenes was so annoying I actually used a mod to have the game do all of the Visas Marr cutscenes in-engine instead.

I'm sorry I can't do that, because I loved Battle Chef Brigade too and wishlisted Battle Suit Aces as soon as I found out about it. 😄 I've beaten it and left my review though!

I think you might have something there. Put the moon by the horizon and suddenly it looks huge, set a strange game in the real world and maybe it makes all of the weirdness stand out too.

I disagree to an extent. Be comfortable with making a weird game, sure, but be careful about TRYING to since you might take it too far to the point where it feels forced.

Has performance been improved since the NextFest demo? It's a beautiful game and the rides are very relaxing, I'm just concerned about the strain it puts on my hardware.
