As we bid a fond farewell to Negroni Week, tonight’s cocktail is a revisit of the Neapolitan Negroni, served over a very imperfect (but still clear) ice sphere. I’m not sure how Foxbat’s gadget failed on this one, but we have the top minds investigating. The drink remains delicious #cocktails

Tonight’s cocktail is a Tradewinds Negroni, as Negroni Week continues. I love the cinnamon, clove, and cardamom from the heavy dose of Angostura bitters in this one. It’s a fall or winter drink, for sure. Very rich and warming #cocktails

Tonight’s cocktail is a Meletti Time, from @tepferstastingtable It’s a very nice mix of white rum, Amaro Meletti, lime, pineapple, ginger syrup, honey syrup and Angostura bitters. I’m getting the amaro up front, followed by the rum, with a nice ginger burn on the finish. #cocktails

Tonight’s cocktail is an Aviere, from a recipe given to me by @tepferstastingtable It’s a lovely combination of rum, Amaro Montenegro, Falernum, Grapefruit Juice, Lime Juice, and cinnamon syrup. Everything plays so nicely with each other and I love the combo of these rums and the Amaro. #cocktails

Tonight’s cocktail is an Across the Pacific, an excellent Mai Tai variation that subs out the Curaçao for Averna. The addition the Amaro brings a nice bit of bitterness to this drink while maintaining the Mai Tai sweetness. Excellent drink. You should give it a try! #cocktails

Tonight’s cocktail is a Pacific Theater. It’s really nicely balanced; not sweet and the Pandan syrup adds a nice green note to it (in both color and taste). This drink was created by Brian Maxwell and I got it from the excellent Minimalist Tiki book. Nice! #cocktails

Tonight’s cocktail is a Cherried Treasure, which I believe is a @tepferstastingtable original. It lives up to its name. The acid-adjusted cherry juice gives it a nice balance of sour and sweet. Will drink again #cocktails

Tonight’s cocktail is The Great Pretender. I’ve had this recipe clipped for ages, but @makeanddrinkderek recent video reminded me to make one. Great byplay between the pineapple and vanilla, with just enough cinnamon to make it interesting. #cocktails
