I’m not a Taylor swift fan, but do know this song VERY well. It’s the song I use for audio checks. Thank you for the near midnight chuckle.

Core memory unlocked. I had the NES version, could never beat it as at a certain point the game would glitch and crash out.

Are failovers not used in the EMR servers? I come from infrastructure so my knowledge may be off. But I always set up redundancy. This way you can take one server down, update it, smoke check and bring it back online, then update the other server with no downtime on production.

As someone with a tiny kitty and a BIG dog…. I can see this as the cat tormenting the dog as it can’t get it.

2) I’m listening to Bad Religion’s “American Jesus”, at the time when I first heard this song I didn’t give much to the lyrics. Now in 2025 these “extremist” lyrics don’t seem so extreme.

It was a great car, far exceeded what I would have expected from the Hyundai auto group. The mileage could had been better but I only drove it around town and the occasional 3-4 hour drive. It beat out a Volvo xc60 and a Mazda CX-50 in my test drives.

I’ve been a car person for a long time. I’ve been in and out of numerous Teslas and have driven them. Their lack of quality control and simple features such as CarPlay/Android auto kept me away. Kia/Hyundai/Genesis EV tech is lightyears ahead. Had a GV70 electrified that was an excellent car.

Tennessee needs to be on that list also. Nashville is ok, the rest of the state is worse than Georgia. Look up some of the bills coming out of Tennessee.

How long ago was this? Seems like a fun database to dump into ML to see how well it would categorize the date set.

Bluesky needs a laugh option. You are not wrong there. His weak spot is his ego. When the majority of people start publicly speaking badly of him he starts noticing. But as you said, you never know which way that will go.

*highly suspicious THAT there’s no one to investigate!! The people who would have investigated it have been let go. I didn’t even think about using crypto to hide their evidence. Figured they would think they were invincible to prosecution and not care.

This is what I suspect. Threaten tariffs, buy in the drop. Then reverse course with the tariffs and sell when they bounce back.

2) They called in consultants. Which lead to this massive IT department which lacked detailed information about their own systems. Now I’m in a cloud environment, for some reason virtual network infrastructure and cloud system management is much easier to digest than on-prem.

I feel your pain entirely, I left an IPO Pharm Tech company. Their environment was an hybrid environment with a very siloed IT. There was about 80-100 IT employees overall. Most of the systems were “managed” by employees. However when changes needed to be made or big projects done.
