It's hard to heal hurt or abandonment when you're left in the dark as to the true reasons. I know...... Ground yourself, meditate, self care, listen to music, go for a walk, do hobbies you enjoy.... Yeah, all the things. Still stings. I'm going through it right now so if you are, You're Not alone!

I greatly appreciate all of the political updates and fact-based news. BUT..., I would also like to interact with people who are interested in hobbies and activities. Although it's important, you can only take so much of the other stuff. IJS...

Maybe it took human beings all these years to finally realize that there are two distinct and separate types of people. And of course variances of those people.
But it's hard to relate, reason or even understand people that are so diametrically opposed do what you believe and stand for & viceversa
