Gotta use the Edgerunner kit or just vanilla Red way?

From OSR and other indie fantasy RPG, this book is a treasure.

I feel like I would see that creature in an 80s grainy VHS on an analog horror, that looks scary.

And this week, on an 'artist who can barely hide their fetishes' show.

Make it so when the players open the coffin it only says 'look behind you'.

Welp, another book I need to put on my list.

As long as someone with nails on its face didn't appear after finishing the puzzle box.

I love derelict mechas, you know something really bad or really cool happened when you find one.

There are so... many... versions... of Ys 1. Also, that Xanadu one is so cool, love the anime.

You can even play some really cool RPGs with just a deck of cards.

And to think he was outpacing the RX-78, at that point his reaction time and reflexes were higher than the movement of the the Gundam.

Marathon is one of the most bizarre, mind bending games ever, the three games have great story and lore, but you only find out about them if you are looking for it, and once you do, you fall into a deep, dark hole. It is almost like an Analog Horror type of thing, so bizarre.
April 14, 2025 at 12:29 AM
I don't care about the gameplay, which original Marathon can be brutal, I want the LORE! Give me egomaniac genocidal AIs and eldritch abominations trapped in the sun, hope they bring an OST as awesome as the original title themes.

I just love the fact that the game is made around the idea it is a show, with an ending in mind, and as the last 'episode' gets close to the ending, you all stay looking at each other, feeling, yeah, this is it for the characters, they are going to grow up now, is bittersweet, is perfect.
April 14, 2025 at 12:18 AM
That type of character design always looks extremely huggable.

Most campaign Kickstarter games, they always tell you, oh, you will play this for a hundred hours, and they end up being the most broken, boring and repetitive game. Biggest disappointment in that regard was Etherfields .

Songbirds Revised Edition, it is a kind dark fantasy world, but really interesting mechanics, world, worth a look, also MASHED, a game based upon the TV show M.A.S.H., my dad ended up loving the idea of the game just for that alone.

Best thing for me, is just take out a digital or physical RPG book I haven't yet studied, lie back and just get lost on something new.

Lucha Libre is aerial ballet gone to next level, like, and this one was extremely safe compared to some things they end up doing in other countries, still, it is so cool.

The one of the right, is he using an axe, or an extra big nail hammer? When you are working in carpentry at 4, but have a fight at 6.

*raises finger* Ah
*decides to lower finger* Nevermind.

Imagine taking the stilettos out of the boot during the fight, showing that the shoes were designed to be also used as normal footwear and just being able to hide the knife as 'fashion'.
