Post PROMESA and the creation of Act 20, 22, and 60, which are the tax avoidance schemes, the island has been flooded with mainland gringos who get to vote in those elections.

What I find curious is that yall are quick to point to those votes w/o knowing the context, yet if it was Russia holding annexation votes in occupied parts of Ukraine you'd be the first to cry foul play.
