New word for me, "feting". Had to look it up, fearing the worst.

I winder if he meant quarrel as in "arguement" or "square". I think I would plump for a "deviation" of statisticians.

Is the collective noun for statisticians, "an inconvenience"?
Likely they will be replaced by AI soon enough as AI will be more pliable.

Who gives a £%#* about GDP. Big deal that the wealthy got incrementally richer.

Who knows? But ag least they won't support a genocide.

He's also wrong. The lesser if 2 evils is still evil. We won't vote for any party whose government supports a genocide.

Nobody who has a cabinet position or who was parachuted into constituencies by Starmer should be allowed anywhere near a leadership position IMHO.

I think i will add this to the garden next year. I'm sure the pollinators will love it! The mint we had flowering this year was a massive success for a large variety of true flies and bees. The borage was also magnificent this year.

I once heard some sound advice about leadership:
'A's employ 'A's, secure in their ability;
'B's employ 'C's, because they need to be the seen to be the smartest.

I doubt that that people selected by Trump (an 'X' at best) would know there was anything mathematically nonsensical in his statement.

With Starmer in charge, I think he'd go in coalition with the tories. Ideologically there's scant difference. Both seek approval of their neoliberal masters.

Congratulations
So needed in our society that favours wealth hoarding over community health

Switzerland has a population of just 9 million. The UK has around 70 million souls, so if pro-rata the treasury could raise around €70Bn

I want to see pictures of an Edinburgh summer in India

I can foresee the British list just having tigers and lions on it so as not to stop donors from building anywhere
