A bit of practice today. Practice moving away from what is bringing you down. Move away from socials, politics, toxicity, all of that. Just for a few mins to re-focus and reset your center. Find some lightness and let that feeling of lightening your load be there. Then, notice how you feel.

You know… you read some things folks post on socials and then realize that protecting your peace is very important. Yes, we can flame folks for their stupid takes. But that means we have to engage stupidity. Peace means imma let that cup pass for me. They almost got me..not today shenanigans

I love when I help other young Black men discover what’s been holding them back for so long via therapy. Once those blinders are lifted it’s so much easier to see. Go be great young man. No need to be any one’s landing pad.
