I have a hunch on the PC Crashes!

Had a friend just pick up a brand new Rx 6800 with the same issues I'm experiencing, blackscreen crashes during gaming.

A Reddit post we found also has lots of users also reporting issues.

Post dates suggest the October 22nd Windows update could be the culprit.

I think it's pretty damn obvious but I wanna make it abundantly clear that cheetos SUCK and LGBTQ people are awesome and safe here

I have no words right now.

Stay safe everyone. 💙

Welp, that theory is out the window. Crashes are persisting on the new drive, same behaviors. I'm at a loss, and don't know what to blame. :(
Yep, 2 more crashes and went for a full reinstall.

Upon attempting reinstall on my main boot NVME drive of 5, almost 6 years, windows refused to install onto it. Installed windows on my recent 2tb drive instead, worked fine.

Maybe the old NVME drive was to blame?

Haha, jokes on me! System crashed again, and this time saying there's CPU issues in windows event viewer? Wha?

I'm getting so lost in PC issues. Going for the nuclear option on the next crash (Windows re-install)

Four hour stress test later, and it seems like all I needed to do is re-seat the graphics card. No need for RMA after all?

Added a quick Lego GPU support bracket as well, as I noticed the PCI-E interface was a little warped due to the heavy GPU heat sync

I was considering to do a Satisfactory world progress showcase for my 1.0 save, but my graphics card has been saying otherwise. Getting the card sent for RMA to fix its black screens and visual artifacting soon!
