agree about sexism but I think this might actually be about how common the first or last name is. There are a fair # of Donalds but not a lot of Trumps ( and bc of Trump tower ofc). Harris is a common last name but not Kamala. Remember, Bernie was promoting himself as Bernie, not Sanders.
