Bro, I know. It was crazy. I swore them off ever since then. They did replace the mice but I felt horrible making that much tech waste

Nah, their QC has always been shotty bro. Precovid I had RMA 4 mice for the same issue, time after time. Their whole warranty process for it was gross too. They make you take a video of you destroying the mouse. It made me feel bad 😢
