I didn't get it until I saw a show live. I came away from Chicago '23 with 3 tracks I LOVED live . . and it just expanded from there. I had listened to Nonogon Infinity the most before that and thought it was OK. Chicago '24 they opened with almost that whole album and you get a whole new view

he started at 5 with chess. . we pulled it out at a local froyo place that has lots of games and he had an immediate interest. somewhere around that time I pulled out stratego (one of my faves) and he took to it immediately. He's not gifted or anything like that, just loves strat games

Mine 10 yo and I are 50/50 at Stratego since he started at 5. I prob have him 70/30 at Catan. 90/10 at chess. But Im down 1-5 to him at risk
