If this is the only way now to get assistance to the families, fine support the bill but use your position to call it what it is

Thank you! I heard Senator Peter Welch (D-VT) praising Hawley for this bill and while most of my ire is on the Republicans constant BS, I am just as angered by a Dem letting them play two faced without any call out.

The european time change was on October 26th. I also had no idea there was a week difference until seeing this post

Lol, I said it looks like he's putting on weight for a remake of The Godfather. My husband was (rightfully) horrified by the suggestion

Stretch your calves! Years ago Portland was the first "walking" city I visited and came home with plantar fasciitis as a souvenir.
I know it's not your first rodeo but age and vacation endorphins are a blessing and a curse.

I frickin' love sitting at a kitchen bar. The dance of a well run kitchen is intoxicating for me

We stayed in Harlem just down the block from Capri Bakery. I still dream of the hot buttered bread we ate on the way to the subway in the morning. The Cuban there is reported to be fantastic, I can only vouch for the bread though, we were always too full when we returned to get the Cuban in.

Feb 2017 - Srinivas Kuchibhotla, an Indian immigrant employed as an engineer at Garmin, was shot and killed while he had an after work drink with a friend in Olathe, KS by a white guy yelling racist remarks.

Creating a cozy fire pit area. Everything but the fire pit (almost 10 yrs old) has either been free or thrifted. We'll install wire for the lights this weekend.

The amount of federal dollars going to New Mexico has way more to do with the results of the US genocide, displacement and abuse of indigenous groups than with the state's budget management.

I compromised and made zucchini bread with extra cinnamon

This and chasing a dozen or more apps for stores/restaurants to get the deals. I think men wanting to feel something akin to a hunt are to blame. It's like a cosplay of the company hiding in the bushes and feeding consumers the feeling of a win when they hunt it down. I hate it with every part of me

"Those bitches stole my pretty!" said thru copious tears was my daughter's post wisdom teeth winner. More than a decade later and it still gets sprinkled in family banter

Our grandog Gatsby had the best day ever hanging out with his grandad Sunday - today was a vet day and while exciting, it was also confusing so he's more reserved today

Oof!
Now you'll get to observe the various hotness under real stress and see if it crumbles.

Seriously though, hope it's super short lived. I can't imagine the frustration levels, especially with the deadline approaching for flying

Dandelions are both beautiful and incessant - I kinda love 'em

I love it, but if you are looking for something a smidge softer, replace "you've got a problem" with "you're uncomfortable" - it would still feel like a call out to asses (rightly so), but be inclusive to those that are truly just wrapping their tongues around they/them in conversation.
