7/ Queensland Unions will always stand up for Queensland workers and make sure their voices are heard. Workers deserve a seat at the table, not to have the power of their voices replaced by those representing powerful corporations.

3/ Up until these changes, which the LNP tried to sneak under the radar on Christmas Eve, the scheme was the best in the country. It delivered the lowest average employer premiums, fair and balanced worker entitlements, and maintained a healthy fiscal balance.

2/ Over Christmas, several worker representatives were sacked from the Work Health and Safety and Workers' Compensation boards in Queensland. In their place, a former LNP candidate and wills and estate lawyer was appointed to chair the WorkCover Qld Board.
