Not trying to argue that the situation isn't dire, but for accuracy sake, this is under-reporting. I had a type 2 award on 8/11 from NIGMS that's not on Reporter yet.

Yay!!! But also explain this to me—GA wasn’t part of the lawsuit, right? Everyone keeps saying it’s restricted to states that sued, but NIH actions are maybe inconsistent with that (I hope?)
