Well done. Now get Starmer to read his original leadership pledges and renationalise essential industries, starting with Thames Water. Then Labour might win the next GE.

It's unfathomable. It was clear that Starmer wouldn't be able to please both the traditional Labour base and the right wingers that he courted at the last GE, but to disappoint both seems to be is his only achievement.

No problem reneging on his pledges because "the situation has changed" but can't row back on any aspect of Brexit because, well, the people have voted. I'm starting to think Starmer doesn't have any principles...

Fair point, but my decision is the result of a slow burn. I can't keep being disappointed and thinking "one more chance...". Enough is enough.

Reneging on tuition fees and nationalisation because "circumstances have changed" but not discussing Brexit because "the electorate already decided" shows he's duplicitous and unprincipled. Not for me thanks!
