1/2 American Gods is my personal fave. Short stories can be a good start (Fragile Things, Smoke and Mirrors). Don't Panic is a brilliant and touching biography of the late and deeply missed Douglas Adams. And Good Omens is a golden collaboration with the late and deeply missed Terry Pratchett.
