Happy birthday wonderful Beatles For Sale, the most maligned of all Beatles albums... Certainly seems to be getting quite an unfair bashing of late but love it. Great sounding LP.

Seems hard for folk to accept, but pretty much without exception when you hear falsetto on an early (62 to 65) Beatle song it's JOHN. Paul always sings high full voice. John is falsetto guy. If you want to get in to it see me after class.

TK MAXX had this big ol' shag pile rug in Oscar The Grouch green w. brown stripes on clearance, I hummed & hawed about taking it. Fun (!) carrying/dragging it over to the station but made a comfy seat upon choo choo machine.
It's a big cosy chocolate lime monster..quite awful but lovely too.

Playing The Fool On The Hill on the Abbey Road Studio 2 Challen piano. I've got a similar one in my little studio but it's a bit knackered at the moment, a bunch of the hammer felts popped last summer. Working on it!
