Now apply that same energy to other professions. I don’t think you’d be too keen to see your airline pilot take “bold action” by nose diving and making hard banks to shave a few seconds off your itinerary.

It’s exactly what they signed up for. I don’t get people. It’s like the Trumpers who complain about having to return to office. Trump and Musk both literally advocated for it.
