No this would not be considered witch house this is way too instrumental. The HOUSE part implies it a subgenre of EDM music. Also witch house videos usually tend to have spooky visuals, lyric videos are very uncommon.

Situations like this make me lowkey nervous cause this is the exact kind of assumption and delusion that leads to animosity which has unfortunately lead to people obsessively stalking me online for years
