I don't know how to avoid politics. I don't have the mental capacity for it all and seeing people just at each others throats sucks. If you use the word hate on the left or the right you're just as bad as each other, end of.

Platinum Trophy #8 - The Stanley Parable
This game made me laugh... Sometimes. It made me think... Sometimes. Some great ideas here but maybe just not enough to keep me fully invested all the way through.
However I'm collecting decent platinums at quite the rate and not shovelware!

This game has aged but I kind of miss the age of gaming where we could rely on every triple A game to be at least this quality. Some really challenging gold medals in this one for the plat, now to continue saving Tsushima!

This game was exactly the pallette cleanser I needed, really challenging puzzles and a super dense metroidvania map. I must also be a wimp cause some sections of this really freaked me out, kangaroo encounters and the ghost run for the disk mostly.

I finally beat ascension 20 on slay the spire! This is one of those games that you appreciate more as you play.

When I was in highschool (over a decade ago, yikes) I really wanted to be in game development but was told it was an unrealistic goal.
To this day I wish I hadn't listened to my teachers. Perhaps it'll still happen one day.

Going to try something a little dangerous for my next platinum and that's Slay The Spire. Now at least I know this game but I've never thought about doing 100%

I know it's a sin to have slept on this game for so long but I understand why it had the effect it did on the industry. Some of it may be slightly dated a decade later (looking at you ladder and floating pallet puzzles) but overall a gorgeous piece of Art!

Platinum #2 - Cult of The Lamb
Phew, this game has some outrageous RNG based trophies but I got through them all (including DLC) in 32 hours of game time.
Would highly recommend this one to anybody who's a fan of village management or rogue likes.
Any suggestions for game number 3?

Cult of the lamb has really been a great journey, however, it starts to wear thin in the second half of the game. Some great art and music with tonnes of personality however the curse of trophy hunting makes for quite the grind.

When going for the completion on a game, do you go for the full completion including updates and dlcs or just the original platinum trophy?
