I think the best way to describe it is it's not actually "saying" things it's better to think of it as something that just predicts what words it thinks are most likely to come next in a conversation. Sometimes it predicts wrong and sometimes it learns the wrong lessons from training.

They should add the commentators to the main game. Sword and shield would have been perfect for it.
