You know, this looks awesome. It feels like a clear labour of love and irreverence. In that regard, it would fit perfectly as some kind of Space King TTRPG :D

I really like those kinds of systems. Storyteller has been doing it for years to great effect - Vampire, Exalted, etc. Gives you a nice binomial curve of probabilities and it's just fun to roll 10 dice :D.
