I was just reminded of the time a hook up ghosted me two day after I brought a nice oscillating tower fan to her apartment. I lost out on a good time AND a nice ass fan. Jokes on her though. I kept the remote to the fan.

I cut the cord and deleted my X account yesterday. I spent the entire day today doing everything except doomscrolling. Is this how I fix my mental health?

This book has my soul in a vice grip. I finished it Saturday morning before leaving my bed and I’ve spent the time since thinking of nothing but this beautifully told story of love and war and magic typewriters.

Every day I come to work and contemplate quitting. I just want to read romances and write my book and not question my company’s ethics!

One of my biggest sensory issues is feeling like my hands are dirty. I want nothing more than to wash them but my water is off due to an underground leak. Someone please trade hands with me until it’s fixed! 😭

37… when did that happen?!

All day I sat in my office dreaming about going home and reading. Now that I’m home, I want to lay in bed and just breathe until I fall asleep.

Last night I couldn’t find Beef when the fireworks started. The pushed out bin of books led me to his old hiding spot. Poor guy is too big and can’t move until he pushes a bin out!

Oliver acts like the fireworks are my fault and I must stop them immediately.

I completed my homework and cried about it but it’s done. Lesson learned? Don’t wait to the day it’s due to work on it! Will this be the last time? Absolutely not. I don’t learn from my lessons.

What’s with 400+ page contemporary romances? When did we start being okay with this? Bring back the tight 330 page romances! Your girls attention span can’t handle this life!

Last week of this term and people are still writing 6 paragraph discussion posts?! Y’all get the final dregs of my thoughts on the subject and we’ll be happy with the single paragraph I can spew out.
