Musically, yes Chuck was better. But culturally, Elvis is the only one in the conversation.

Insane considering Finn didn’t injure him 🤣 it was James Blanck.

Nah he was genuinely outstanding in the movie. MBJ is doing the best acting of his career and then this first time actor steals the whole show! Should be in awards contention

Maybe now people are seeing that the Kennedy family have always had no business in politics

I’ve never really noticed how funny it is that we consider this era of elvis as ‘fat elvis’ but compare him to todays society, fuck he looks pretty good🤣

Does he seriously think the fires are raging because he wasn’t in office?🤣

They were great friends also!

Happy birthday to you father 🐐

Well that, they have no public opinion on…

But he didn’t live with Priscilla until she was 18. They met when she was 14, forgot about her until she was 18 and they met again. That’s when she moved in. So yeah🙂

I fear this is Fin Macrae’s last season to prove himself. He’s a decent role player at the moment, but he could be so much more imo

Little Richard, among countless others like BB King and Chuck Berry, disagrees with you.

Part of the storyline is that the colour grading is shit? This is the same storyline that includes a girl opening a door from black and white into the most popping beautiful colours anyones ever seen? The same storyline where a character’s whole personality is based on being bright green?

100% agree with you there, but my point is that saying he ‘stole’ black music is ridiculous. Elvis never ever took credit away from black artists, there’s so many clips of him saying he isnt the king, and that he’s not as good as them. And they all respected and loved him. He didn’t rip off anyone
January 6, 2025 at 1:35 AM
That quote is more accurate when relating it to someone like Pat Boone.

But Elvis? No, he lived that shit. That was his culture
January 5, 2025 at 3:47 PM
It’s not the truth though. You’re just throwing a blanket term over him which doesn’t make sense for him to be part of.

‘Culture’ isn’t black or white. Elvis grew up in the poorest neighbourhood in Memphis where he was surrounded by that music. That’s his culture also. Now that’s a fact.

What a really mature response to an actual critique. Very ‘grownup’ of you 🤡🤡🤡
January 4, 2025 at 9:20 AM
It shouldn’t. He was peak here. ‘Fat Elvis’ looks nothing like this
January 4, 2025 at 2:21 AM
That’s just factually incorrect.

Obviously, morally it’s always been wrong. But socially, no. Look back in any history book and you’ll see this shit. You can’t hold these people to societies standards of today because they grew up in a time where it was generally not looked at how we look at it
January 4, 2025 at 1:11 AM
Such an uninformed article full of lies and misconstrued nonsense. You can’t be this stupid to share this 🤡
