Speaking as an approved candidate for Word & Sacrament awaiting first call: I wouldn’t know how to nominate someone. File it under things I didn’t learn in seminary. Where does one find that information? The ELCA website is a frustrating maze even when you know the correct wording to search for

Precisely. Our young adults deserve their place at the tables and in the rooms where decisions are being made about our church - with the full understanding that our young adults are the church. Not its future but it’s right now. Those voices need to be heard
