Could be an easy fix. Brake pads have this like wire in them when they get low it contacts the rotor and makes a loud squealing noise. I would check if your pads are low.

Unacceptable should have reported it. I have delivered for Door dash before. Thats so unprofessional, not only the spilling but asking for a rating.
