Oh I’m not saying the article is transphobic. The article just points out that the DHS is promoting HRT for cis women who don’t want to go through menopause. Added context is that the people doing this are also the ones who say trans people shouldn’t have the same option to aid in their transition.

The HRT treatment is very similar if not the same as the one used by some trans women during transition. The way it counteracts menopause is by keeping hormones closer to the level they would be before menopause. Conservatives like to fear monger over trans HRT but have no issues with cis HRT.
