Beautiful golden ceramic Christmas tree with jewels all over it that will sparkle like lights when a light source hits it and a single golden star on top. Green sign with silver writing that says home sweet home. In a box buckled into my car on the way to take to him. There are more things for him underneath that you just can't see them in the picture. Home sweet home sign when it was on a shelf in my kitchen. I bought it because to the right are items that are from my family of origin from which I still carry pain most of which my family of origin did not intend for me to ever feel but I feel it just the same. So I bought that home sweet home sign from probably Dollar General or maybe Dollar Tree off the $5 whatever or any other store here in town where I saw something shiny and picked it up but for me to the left is everything about my children and me on that shelf and going on around into a built-in and that home sweet home for me signifies the end, that I am letting go of that childhood pain I was going through and moving on to peace I don't need it anymore, and he does. The home sweet home sign in the room he had Tuesday night. Home sweet home sign is propped up behind the bathroom sink and leaning against the mirror. To the right is the golden Christmas tree and when you turn off that overhead light and leave on the bathroom light that little baby lights up without batteries, without a plug, just with its jewels. To the left is a snowflake, because damn right, we're unique, and damn right you can try to break us down, and damn right we need a safe space, but by God, we are strong, and we are resilient, and when we team up, we're a blizzard, we're an avalanche, we're unstoppable. Hanging in the closet are my dead ex-husband expensive jackets. That violent abusive piece of s*** monster who so many in this town thought was good would be so f****** furious to know that this man has his coats. But I'll tell you what, when I saw that man walk out & get in my car last night wearing one of those coats, it was the FIRST time a GOOD man had worn it. That's one of my pillows in one of my favorite king size pillow cases. Those towels we retrieved from my dead ex husband's bathroom when after he dropped dead in April 2018. There are more things down in beside the towel that are smaller that I can't remember what they are. Socks from our clean laundry basket. White t-shirts and a pair of sweatpants from my son's closet.

Every Christmas Eve, baby Jesus visits the animals in this stable.

I needs someone who builds those secure containment cages for, you know, church vans so they don't escape out into the wild and terrorize the neighborhoods all around the churches. I need someone to build me one of those to for my cats to have outside time. Like convicts.
