All the time.

This particular Ren Fest is on a mountain and the people keep them away during the day. The bears really like the lemonade syrup from the pop booths. Last year they had to block off one area because a young bear was under one of the booths. They tranqed the bear and took it away with no issues.

I work at a Renaissance festival in the summer and the grounds are full of bears. They usually stay away during the day but I saw one walking near the joust field one day when I was leaving. We make sure be loud when we leave so we don't sneak up on one.

That sounds right.

I like this idea of this but I’m not sure of my physical capability.

If it actually helps protect the suitcase from damage I would be all for it. Otherwise, it is just silly.
