#ADHD in #women often goes undiagnosed until late in life, especially #inattentiveADHD, which is what I have. Inattentive ADHD tends to fly under the radar as it's not physically hyperactive, and like with #autism, women/afab learn from an early age how to mask enough to get by.

One of the stupidest things about my #ADHD is that my brain won't compute this fridge correctly. I'll see ingredients, but not food. This will then send me into an #executivedysfunction spiral about how to prepare and cook said ingredients, which will result in me eating junk.

I can't stress how important it is to be aware of the #music you listen/sing to. Words are #spells if spoken with intention. Stevie Nicks and Lana Del Ray are prime examples of artists who weave spells into songs. Remember, everything is #energy and #magick is just energy directed to an intent.
