A student came back this year because of something I said last time. Moments like that remind me why this work matters.

Well since the news isn’t showing it, here is what else we are doing in DC.

Want to do some summer reading? This is a favorite of mine for understanding where human morals come from & why we created them. It helps us understand why our species evolved to function best as a group, how religion has co-opted our values, & how humanism can help us understand ourselves better.

I gave the invocation for the American University’s 149th commencement for the school of education and the school of communication today! Such an honor!
