Love all these stories! Here’s Sage. I found her in an alley way a few weeks old, hit by a car, almost dead. She’s now 19 and my very loved little familiar 😻

And we had to be on acid when we dreamed up the platypus - duck bill, beaver tail, lays eggs and the males
have venomous spurs… huh?

They look as weird as they sound too 😂. Here’s a swamp wallaby with a joey in my yard a few months ago 🦘

Beautiful little bird! There’s a similar one where I live in SW Victoria in Aust, called the Red-browed Firetail Finch. Tiny little perfect birds. They often visit the hanging birdbath on my veranda, splashing and darting around in little flocks. ❤️
