Unfortunately it still isn’t working and now looks like I’ll be losing out on this chance to save money. Perhaps it’s a sign to not invest with #Sonos anymore and I’m overthinking now…? #dissapointed in the process

Sorry to bother you here but there were 0 Sonos representatives answering last night when trying to solve this issue through the support section. NOr is there a Sonos account to contact here yet.

Haven’t yet decided. Replacing my entire setup for the theater is costly, yet so is the ultra. Is it worth a full replacement for something I know will work or going with Sonos again knowing their history of breaking devices…. for the purpose of replacing just one device. I’m torn.It’s big money
