Have you tried listening to something whilst you try to nod off? :) I used to struggle the same, but now I either put on a show or minecraft music in the background but turn the screen off! Sometimes, just focusing on chatter in the bg helps 'overtake' your brain noice

Ooooo yeah, that's fair!! I do sometimes switch even if it's meant for my right hand, but its rarely! They do work wonders though and absorbs contact shock really well so my arm doesnt hurt like it does with normal walking sticks!
