Anxiously posting a day one post-surgery proof of life with a completely makeup-free pic.
My makeup is less vanity and more armor (even against my own brain); So while some may think it vapid, or "unnecessary", remember that people don't wear their makeup for YOU.
Also yes I know I'm translucent

20 years ago today, PJ & stood acorss from each other & promised to face the future together.
The last 20 years haven't always been easy, and in fact we've hit a lot of harder times. But no one promised easy. We just promised to love each other through it all.
And we have.❤️
