The rock pigeons usually prefer to live and nest around open/semi open areas so they can easily forage the ground, they like places such as building edges, cliffs, and — you guessed it — rocks! (well rock edges)

They're nocturnal OMNIVORES found in areas of africa and asia.
They're really good at digging, and often do so in their enclosure, tunneling away on their bedding!
These are the cutest little architects and definitely make good pets!

THIS little fella is the GERBIL!
They're popular pets and are known as mongolian squirrels here in brazil. Often confused with hamsters, but be not mistaken! Gerbils are rodents yes, but they're more friendly and smaller than hamsters!

these guys prey on small species in their habitats such as armadillos and opossums. it is typically active during night and tends to be both solitary and territorial!

ocelots were depicted in incan and aztec art, and were a pillar in their culture!

overall, ocelots are the best!

THIS is the ocelot!
not to be confused with the margay (another latin american wildcat) native from latin america, these cats are shrunken down menaces, even though they look domesticated! their beautiful fur is marked with solid black markings on a creamy, yellowish, gray background color!

unfortunately, the giant african snail is an invasive species — and one of the top 100 WORST ones at that.

due to that, you unfortunately cannot keep them in the US, and sightings of one should be reported to the Midwest Invasive Species Information Network (MISIN)

this is a giant african snail — one of the largest terrestrial gastropods! They have a light to dark brown shells with vertical stripes of a darker shade of brown on them.

they live from 5-7 years, but when the conditions are right some have been known to live up to 10!
