It really needs to be illegal to give a piece of legislation a name, because they always name it like the "freedom act" or the "I love America Bill" and then if you actually read inside it's the most heinous destruction of Americans rights yet.

You cannot effectively be moderate without power. If you wish to create bi-partisanship with the opposition, then you have to be able to control the positioning of the argument. Without any leverage you will be walked all over.
