I've just been kicking off with Waggl and the surgery - just had this.. "the vet that needed to provide the information has been on holiday for two weeks and returned to the practice on Tuesday which is why there was a delay in sending this to the insurance. " - absolute joke

they just said "I thank you for your patience whilst the claim has taken longer than expected"..... I said "I don't want thanking for my patience because that ran out weeks ago"

He's back to being very, very loud all the time! I am still trying to get the insurance to actually pay out for what they are due to pay... it's driving me insane...

Yeah - thought has crossed my mind... I think if you stay with the same insurer, then it would be covered, it's if you move to another, then it won't.

That was what happened with Otto - insurance covered up to £4k a year - operation was £8k..... i hate to think what the premium is going to be next year for him - and we have 5 dogs....
