I have the list of NPC names from the back of Xanathar's as a spreadsheet that I print out at the beginning of each campaign. Whenever I need a name, I roll on one of those tables, cross out the used name, and then put it in my notes. Has saved me so much effort lol

For me personally, I'm typically referring the GM material in Trials and Treasure/Monstrous Menagerie a lot more frequently than the PHB. It may just be having run many regular games with the PHB since 5e came out, but I rarely have to consult it live at the table.

Unfortunately I had missed the original Kickstarter, but very excited for when it opens up more!
