Tipi style hot tent, February 2025, Hovland, Minnesota

Setting the tipi up on a deck that has 1/8" gaps between the decking actually worked great as it allowed for cold air to fall out of the tent and trapped the warm air from the wood stove.

The seasonal pond where most of my trail camera Moose pictures come from. Spring 2024, Hovland

The center is verdant green boreal forest which is primarily spruce and balsam on the horizon with willow, alder, and dogwood towards the center.
