Dark Cloud 3 has been a pipe dream for some folks online for so long. I never really got into the broader Level-5 games, and I'm learning I missed out on some real quality by those lamenting their generative death throes. Like what do you mean they have Final Fantasy Kamen Rider Escaflowne.

It's arguably one of the only game I've played that playing a mage is so objectively busted by end game you just delete entire battlefields.

I've been playing through the MSQ and I remember pre-technical update and when the light caught someone's eye I was like holy shit, they made the eyes so shiny and pretty compared to before what the fuck.

Here's my weird hot take: I want the majority of old forces to continue to be sold because bits/kitbashes can be huge cash and some people dig the vintage aesthetics. Or at least bring them round again for Made to Orders more.

Warhammer is literally every faction are willing to do the most reprehensible shit for survival (and sometimes just because, be it propaganda/de-personalization, or literally just for kicks). Like sure the Eldar did a Slaanesh in 60+mil years but we *almost* speedran it.

I like video podcasts because I grew up watching RT's podcast and when SBFP pivoted to it we got to see shit like Pat turning into a tomato and have visual bits, BUT for what it's worth, I think your podcast having fun, evolving art pieces has it's own unique charm for the visual portion.

Originally, I wasn't going to take 14 all too seriously. I still don't really, but I've become attached to my gigantic old man. Also, I am a sucker for what are usually "stupid" or "brute" races being mages.

In my stream today one of the people said they were "going back to play the Old Zeldas" and we all immediately went to stuff like Zelda 2, Link to the Past, etc and they were like "Oh no Twilight Princess."

Also extremely specific example that I just remembered from 12th Grade, in Perdido Street Station we have the Khepri, one of the main characters being Lin, who is in a relationship with Isaac, who is a normal Human.

Shape of Water guy and Thane from Mass Effect, and even Abe Sapien are just Hot Guy but Fishy. It's just how it be. Most people want the appeal of monster but still traditionally hot.

I'd go out on a limb to say in most cases for monster guy and woman, most of the 'beasts' are still traditionally attractive creatures too. Like, Hellboy and Frankenstein sure aren't ugly. Vampires are 99% of the time just "hot guy but can be scary," werewolves are usually hot guy, occasional wolf.
